Thank you! Each year I continued to be amazed by the generous support and contributions we receive from friends, alumni, our college community and many others! The LCCC Foundation could not provide the support we do to our students and programs at LCCC without all of you. As we look back at 2023, we reflect and celebrate student success, new partnerships and longtime friends and supporters.

We hope you enjoy reading about how you continue to help us transform student’s lives in our 2023 Annual Report and we hope you enjoy the new look of the report, too. It is with great pleasure and pride that we share stories of impact and generosity with you, while also taking time to celebrate programs, scholarships and opportunities that have and continue to make an impact on our students and the entire LCCC community. We also have included for you a financial overview, showcasing the impact you have helped make. In 2023, the LCCC Foundation allocated $1,753,503 to support scholarships, programs, cultural events and more at LCCC and this would not be possible without all of you.

As you explore our annual report you may notice a few changes. As we entered 2024, we “refreshed” the LCCC Foundation’s logo and overall look for the marketing and engagement materials. While our logo and the design of our materials may have a new feel, the service and commitment to supporting our college has not changed. We continue to offer our friends, supporters and community the opportunity to engage in meaningful experiences with LCCC.

A few highlights from the LCCC Foundation:
  • Our endowment reached a new high at $52,697,205.
  • We allocated $974,497 in scholarship support for the academic year 2023-24.
  • We received a Partnership Grant from Union Pacific Railroad for $300,000 to support the welding and diesel programs at LCCC.
  • We achieved our fundraising goal to commit $3,000,000 in support of the renovation and expansion of the Blue Federal Credit Union Recreation & Athletics Complex.
  • Our annual scholarship luncheon saw our largest attendance in recent years with more than 100 LCCC Foundation scholarship recipients attending.
  • With the support of a grant from the Windy Ridge Foundation, we helped launch a new mobile STEM Lab for our students and community.
  • And so much more!

Thank you for your support and for helping us achieve the mission of the LCCC Foundation – to Engage our Community and Support LCCC. We hope that you will join us on campus to interact with our students and see the amazing work taking place that you have contributed to.

With gratitude,
