How to Apply to Live On Campus
Step 1: Apply for Admission
Before you can apply for housing, you must first be admitted to LCCC.
- Complete the LCCC Admissions Application.
- Once you have been accepted, you may proceed with the housing application process.
Step 2: Log In to myLCCC
- Log in to your myLCCC account.
- Follow the instructions on the sign-in page to obtain your username and initial password if needed.
Step 3: Access the Student Housing App
- Open the Student Housing app within myLCCC.
- Select Manage Housing Application.
- Complete your profile information.
- Use the application menu on the left side of the screen to complete your housing preferences.
Step 4: Complete the Housing Application
Fill out and submit all required application information.
Housing Deposit Requirement
Once you have completed the Housing Application, a $200 housing deposit is required to secure your housing assignment.
You may submit your deposit by:
- Online through the Self-Service app in myLCCC

Important: After submitting your housing application in myLCCC, there is a 24-48 hour processing period before payment can be made by phone or through Self-Service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (American Express not accepted).
Housing Assignments
- Housing applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
- Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, as space permits.
- All housing decisions and assignments are made in accordance with LCCC's Nondiscrimination Statement.
- We encorage everyone to complete their RoomeeZ Profile within the Housing App and explore other profiles to find connections and start building your community.
Step 5: Receive Your Housing Assignment
Residence Life staff will send your housing assignment information to your student email before your move-in date, including:
- Room number
- Roommate information
- Suitemate information
This information will allow you to connect with your roommates before move-in.
Step 6: Complete Your Housing Requirements
Return to the Student Housing app in myLCCC to:
- Sign your Housing Lease
- Upload your immunization records
Please Note: When you sign your housing lease, you are committing to the full housing term for which you applied (Fall and Spring, Spring Only, or Summer).
Step 7: Move In
Get ready for your new home away from home!
Move-in information will be sent to your LCCC student email account.
Important Eligibility Information
Students with felony convictions are not eligible to live in on-campus housing.
Meal Plan Changes
All residential students are initially assigned the Ultimate Meal Plan.
After housing assignments are distributed in mid-July, students may contact the Office of Residential Living & Learning at 307.637.2498 or reslife@lccc.wy.edu to discuss meal plan changes.
Meal Plan Options
- Students may switch from the Ultimate Meal Plan to the Eagle Meal Plan until two weeks after the semester begins.
- Students may switch back to the Ultimate Meal Plan at any time during the academic year.
Housing Accommodations
Residence Life staff and the Office of Student Accommodations work together to support students with disabilities and other approved housing accommodation needs.
To request housing accommodations, students must complete the Housing Accommodations Request Form.
Students are encouraged to submit accommodation requests as early as possible to ensure adequate review and planning prior to the deadline(s).
