How To Apply
- Complete the International student application (pdf)
- Provide official transcript evaluations from each secondary/high school and college
attended
Transcripts must be evaluated for equivalency through a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) member organization, and the evaluation must be submitted. High school/secondary school transcripts should be evaluated for general equivalency. International college transcripts must be evaluated on a course-by-course basis. NACES-approved evaluation companies can be found online at www.naces.org. - Send proof of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, DUOLINGO), if required (See more information here.)
To be admitted to LCCC, the applicant must have the following scores (or higher) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 500 (paper-based), 173 computer-based), IBT 61, ILETS 6.0; DUOLINGO: 85. - Complete the International Student Confidential Financial Statement
Every applicant to Laramie County Community College must have sufficient funds to meet his or her educational needs. The International Student Confidential Financial Statement form is included in the above application, and must be completed and submitted with the application for admission, along with an original bank letter showing cash availability and/or letter of sponsorship. No photocopies of financial verification documents will be accepted. The form must be completed with the student's and sponsor's signature. - Complete the International Student Health Statement/Immunization form(pdf)
- Attach a copy of Passport ID page with the application for admission
Students transferring within the U.S. must also submit a copy of their via, I-94 card, and current I-20. - Provide proof of International Student Health Insurance
Applicants must provide evidence that they have health insurance that will protect them during their time at Laramie County Community College. This must be active as of the date the student will arrive in the United States and continue through their entire time at LCCC. - Apply for on-campus housing
Applicants who intended to live on-campus should submit the housing application online through the student portal (myLCCC). This can only be completed once the applicant has been admitted to LCCC.

Application Deadlines
Please note the following deadlines for international student admission. New international students are only admitted for fall and spring semesters. The applicant's admission file must be complete with all documents required to issue the applicant's I-20 received no later than close of business or before the following dates:
- Fall – July 1
- Spring – Dec. 1
