LCCC commencement ceremony to take place Saturday

CHEYENNE, WYO. – Laramie County Community College's commencement ceremony takes place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, at Storey Gymnasium in Cheyenne. This academic year, it is anticipated that 785 candidates for graduation will earn their credentials from LCCC.

This year's commencement speaker is Tony Seidling, who happens to be a former LCCC student and a past member of the college's rodeo team.

Seidling holds a project management certifications from Clemson University and Colorado State University. He works as the director of planning and development for FCI Constructors and as a motivational speaker with more than 3,000 instructional hours specific to leadership, motivation, productivity and strategic planning. He also finds time to work as a professional skydiving instructor, with 3,500 jumps of his own.

Additionally, the LCCC nurses' pinning ceremony will occur at 1 p.m. at Storey Auditorium, and the high school equivalency graduation will begin at 3 p.m. at Storey Gym. Additional pinning ceremonies for programs in the School of Health Sciences will take place throughout the weekend.
