LCCC will hold auditions for wind ensemble

Laramie County Community College’s music program is looking for community members who might be interested in joining the school’s wind ensemble.

Auditions will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16. Anyone with high school experience or higher is welcome. Interested musicians should arrive with their instrument and music of their choice in the Fine Arts Building, Room 121.

Following auditions, participants will have a chance to meet and chat with current members of the ensemble. Food will be available.

The LCCC Wind Ensemble practices once weekly as a full community group on Tuesday evenings. The group performs one or two concerts each semester, with the first concert of this season scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 28.
