How it works:
At LCCC Dining Services, we believe that everyone deserves safe, delicious, and inclusive
meal options. That’s why we created Talon’s Safe Taste Guide—to help guests easily
identify foods that meet their dietary needs and to ensure a worry-free dining experience. Each station features color-coded utensils corresponding to specific dietary restrictions:

GREEN = GLUTEN FREE
No wheat, barley, or rye. Ideal for those with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance.

BLUE = DAIRY FREE
No milk, cheese, butter or dairy-based ingredients

PURPLE = GLUTEN + DAIRY FREE
No milk, cheese, butter or dairy-based ingredients

YELLOW = CONTAINS NUTS
Contains peanuts, tree nuts, and cross-contamination with nut products
