About:
Professionally, Erin served as the Director of Health and Human Performance for a near decade at a community college where she instructed courses in exercise science, physical education, and wellness, personal health, personal training, and strength and conditioning. She has a wealth of experience in personal training as well as adult education and instructional design. Erin believes in the power of a holistic approach to healthy living. Living a healthy lifestyle is not defined or limited by physical stamina, muscle size, or outward appearance. A healthy lifestyle is multifaceted and requires balance in all aspects of wellness. Erin is personally and professionally dedicated to teaching students and clients how to achieve such balance through learning and focused skill development. It’s not simply about “hitting the gym”; it’s about discovering inner strength, harnessing personal potential, and exercising the courage to pursue a meaningful goal. As an instructor, Erin’s goal has always been to make her learners feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe so that they can achieve their goals in a supportive and encouraging environment. Together, Erin and her husband, Mark, have one daughter and three dogs. Erin's husband is a graphic designer/website designer.
