The Children’s Discovery Center offers a comprehensive preschool program that serves
the needs of children and families of students, faculty and our community. We offer full-time and part-time programs. The center is accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young

About the Center
At LCCC Children’s Discovery Center, our commitment to quality includes a curriculum
based on more than 75 years of early childhood development research. The Creative
Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Preschool Aged children is a nationally recognized
curriculum that identifies goals in four areas of development: social/emotional, physical,
cognitive and language. Parent-teacher conferences are held throughout the year and
are designed to individualize goals for each child. All teachers have credentials
in early childhood education.

Tuition is based on a year-round, full-time or part-time option. If you would like

The Children’s Discovery Center is licensed by the Wyoming Department of Family Services.
All enrolled children have the opportunity to receive a nutritious breakfast, lunch
and afternoon snack. The center collaborates with The Child and Adult Care Food Program
(CACFP), which is a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) nutrition program sponsored
and administered by the Wyoming Department of Education.
The Children’s Discovery Center is an academic lab environment for LCCC students.
This opportunity allows college students from a variety of fields such as dental hygiene,
nursing, education, etc. to gain experience working with children while also exposing
the children to unique opportunities that enhance their education.

The Children’s Discovery Center has full-time options for children 6 weeks to 6 years
of age. The center also offers part-time options for children up to 5 years of age.
The Children’s Discovery Center offers an educational and fun summer program for children
6-12 years old. Full-time and part-time options are available.
