Tragedy to Triumph: Amberley Snyder - Nov. 10

Champion barrel racer Amberley Snyder will be at LCCC on Nov. 10:

  • 10-11 a.m. - Barrel Racing Clinic: open for viewing in the LCCC Arena
  • 12:30-2 p.m. - Lunch Presentation: with meet & greet open to LCCC faculty, staff, & students in the ANB Bank Leadership Center, Clay Pathfinder Building
    • 6-7:30 p.m. - Evening Presentation: Amberley Snyder will speak about her life journey before and after a tragic accident, leaving her paralyzed from the waist down, at 6 p.m. on Nov. 10 in the LCCC ANB Bank Leadership Center in the Clay Pathfinder Building.

      Her goals in physical therapy were “Walk, Ride, Rodeo.” Her message of faith and determination will open your heart to the possibilities of happiness regardless of your life situation while motivating you to set the goals to overcome the challenges thrown in your path. 

      This event is free and open to the public.

Amberley Snyder’s appearance is made entirely possible through the Keizer Family Empowerment Fund at the LCCC Foundation. This fund makes it possible for LCCC to provide students and our greater community with opportunities and experiences that enhance personal, professional, and academic development.
