Campus Counseling & Wellness Present Mind, Body, Wellness - Nov. 29

Counseling Campus & Wellness will have stations setup for students to learn about healthy eating, reading labels, portion sizes, benefits of exercise, yoga & Pilates techniques (demonstrations), and mental wellness skills (mindfulness, positive thinking, stress reduction, etc.) from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 29 in the Clay Pathfinder Building.

Students who visit a station will also be entered into a raffle.
