Year-End Thanks
Thank you from all of us in Student Services for another great year at LCCC! We’re
honored to work with everyone here, partnering to make so many things happen for our
students. None of us can say we are successful in our jobs on our own, and we are
glad to have strong partners in every school and department on campus. When we gathered
to celebrate commencement on Saturday, we were proud of the teamwork that every degree
and certificate represented.

eTranscripts Update
In partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse, we now offer eTranscripts at LCCC. This means students and alumni can request transcripts to be sent as a PDF
in addition to paper and fax. The delivery of the PDF transcript is within 24 hours
of the request. To request a transcript in EaglesEye, click on the Student tab and Official Transcript Request. This will take you to
the National Student Clearinghouse to complete the process.

Recruiter Update
Admissions, Julie Gerstner, and IT have brought Recruiter to life at LCCC. Students now apply online, and their applications load directly
into Colleague. Admissions reps have built communications that go out to applicants
and build on the relationship as they navigate the enrollment steps and become LCCC
students. Thank you to all who have worked so hard to get this done. |

Student Planning Update
Student Planning implementation will be ready for everyone to use when we start fall classes. Advisors,
faculty, and students will see academic plans, courses taken, and courses yet to be
taken for their degrees/certificates. Thank you to Planning & Success, IT, Records,
and Julie Gerstner for your hard work on this. This is another big step forward in
working with students and helping them through their curricula efficiently. Students
will even be able to register for classes through Student Planning easily.

Summer in Student Services
Though we say goodbye for the summer to many of our faculty, Student Services stays
fully staffed and ready to serve all summer. Orientations, advising, planning for
upcoming activities and competitions, and being here for summer students keeps us
busy. Our residence halls will be bustling with summer conferences, CFD, and the return
of student athletes in early August.
