In addition to having the most TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, and wire service outlets in the state, Cheyenne is the home of state and federal government agencies and the headquarters of numerous corporations and nonprofit organizations
 
Students can earn college credit in paid jobs in news and sports, media advertising, public relations, graphics, Web design and photography.
