Golden Eagles fall to Sheridan College

Four LCCC players score in double digits.
 
In the Golden Eagles men’s basketball team’s first game back from the break, LCCC lost to the Sheridan College Generals 66-78 in Sheridan, Wyo., on Jan. 5. The Generals held the Golden Eagles below their average 80 points per game.

LCCC had a four-point lead going into halftime, 38-34, but in the second half the Generals shot 54 percent from the field while the Golden Eagles shot 35 percent. With the ball not falling for LCCC, the Generals came away with the win.
