Western Nebraska is no match for the Golden Eagles

The Laramie County Community College men's basketball team defeated the Western Nebraska Community College Cougars 74-68 on Jan. 31 at LCCC. It was a packed house with a special guest, University of Wyoming head coach Larry Shyatt, in the stands. LCCC was down 26-29 at the half, but the team made a big charge in the second half, scoring 48 points and taking the win.

The Golden Eagles (16-7 overall, 6-4 south sub region) will host the Eastern Wyoming College Lancers (13-9 overall, 5-4 south sub region) at 4 p.m. on Feb. 2 in the LCCC Gymnasium.
