Spring career fair comes to LCCC

Monday, November 30, 2009
Whether you're looking for a job right out of school or trying to get a better one, a trip to the LCCC Career Fair will help you start your career off right.
It’s never too early to start looking for a job, and the Spring Career Fair makes the search easier.

Laramie County Community College is bringing scores of potential employers to the Multipurpose Gym on campus from 2-6 p.m. March 25. Even if you have no idea what you want to do with your life, or if you’re looking for a change but aren’t sure where you want to go, come down for the Career Fair. You can learn about various fields, submit applications or even set up interviews.

In today’s economy, jobs are at a premium. But though more people are looking for work, there are still businesses looking for workers. Many exhibitors at the Career Fair will be trying to find the right people for their open jobs, so it’s a great place to find a career you’ll enjoy well into the future.

The fair will encompass a variety of career fields. There will be booths tended by law enforcement, emergency services, wind energy, health care providers, information technology, the automotive industry and many more.

Dress for success and bring along a positive attitude. Consider the Career Fair part of the interview process.
