Writers encouraged to submit to the High Plains Register

The deadline for submissions is Oct. 28.
If you’re a writer looking to get your work published, don’t miss the deadline for the High Plains Register. The submission deadline for the annual publication, produced by Laramie County Community College, is Friday, Oct.28.

The High Plains Register is a student-produced publication featuring writers and artists from the college and Laramie County community members. Poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, drama, artwork and even musical works will be considered for this year’s volume.

Submission guidelines:
  • All submissions must include a cover letter with submitter’s contact information.
  • Writing: Send typed hardcopy or e-mail attached Word document (double space prose, please).
  • Artwork and music: Digital files preferred (e-mail attachment or CD).
