CHEYENNE, WYOMING – One of the most respected and well-regarded customer service training events is coming to Laramie County Community College.
On Tuesday, March 17, LCCC will host the one-day Disney Quality and Customer Service Institute. During the event, participants will examine time-tested Disney strategies that help create world-class service and explore these insights through:
- determining how to drive service differentiation
- developing quality service standards
- using tools to deliver exceptional service
- learning how to recover from a service failure
This event is expected to sell out, so early registration is strongly recommended.
