This fall, students can explore two new areas of study at LCCC: central sterile processing and sport management.
Students can receive a credit diploma for the one-semester long central sterile processing certification. The program provides the fundamental skills for this career in the surgical technology field as well as clinical experiences.
Also new is a concentration in sport management, as part of LCCC's exercise science program. This associate degree focuses on leadership and marketing roles in youth, amateur, collegiate and professional sports, as well as fitness-related goods. LCCC has an articulation agreement with Colorado Mesa University for those wishing to complete a four-year program in this field.
New students should apply by Aug. 15 for the fall semester, which begins Aug. 29. Applications are accepted year-round for later start dates for the fall and future semesters.
LCCC offers numerous opportunities for those seeking degrees, certificates, training or even life enrichment in other programs.
