Writers encouraged to submit works to the High Plains Register

If you’re a writer or an artist looking to get your work published, don’t miss the deadline for the High Plains Register. Submissions for the annual publication, produced by LCCC, must be received by 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15.

The High Plains Register is a student-produced publication featuring writers and artists from the college and the Laramie County community, as well as others throughout Wyoming and Colorado. Poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, visual art, music compositions, drama, hybrid genres and graphic texts (comics and graphic novels) will be considered for this year’s volume.

To see a copy of last year’s publication, to submit electronically or for submission guidelines and information, visit the High Plains Register webpage.

For answers to additional questions or for more information, email the High Plains Register.

Contributors of accepted pieces will receive a free copy of the issue in which their work appears.
