The dining room is located in the Campus Community Center and offers a variety of all-you-care-to eat options.

 

Some of your choices include:

Classics: traditional comfort foods including casseroles and freshly steamed or sautéed vegetables just like you’re used to from home

Pizza-rette: freshly made pizzas every day with your favorite toppings such as five cheeses and grilled vegetables

Flash in the Pan: where our chefs prepare some of your favorites including raviolis with marinara, vegetable stir fry and penne pasta ala pesto

Gifts from the Garden: our salad bar is abundant with fresh local produce, legumes, grains, fruits and homemade “composed” salads such as pasta salad and potato salad

Sandwiches and Wraps: daily specials that are made-to-order with creations like BLT’s with avocado, buffalo chicken wraps with a chipotle sauce and over-stuffed pitas with hummus

Soups: fresh soup and chili prepared daily including favorites like cheddar broccoli, cream of tomato basil and ten bean chili

Desserts: freshly baked rolls, cookies, breads, pies and cakes are a few of our delicious baked goods available daily

Have a guest over for dinner! You are welcome to bring an out-of-town family member for any meal. Just stop in the food services office in advance to get a guest pass. All other guests are also welcome. Dining room rates are as follows:
