Students can learn more about alcohol’s effects on personal relationships and studying, and its physiological effects by attending events from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2 in the Student Lounge.
Laramie County Community College is sponsoring an Alcohol Awareness Week from Nov. 2-6, which will feature a variety of events.
Monday’s events include:
- Taking the pledge, brick wall and 1,800 dead t-shirts from 9 a.m.-4p.m. in the Student Lounge.
- Free food and information about Title IX, alcohol and amnesty; alcohol’s effects on personal relationships; alcohol’s effects on studying; and the physiological effects of alcohol from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
