The College Brain Trust (CBT), the college’s organizational assessment consultant, held campus forums on Sept.7-8 to seek additional input from college employees. The CBT team shared the input from their July meetings and the results from the Organizational Assessment Survey (pdf). From the input received, a request emerged to have the survey organized by employee category (Word).

 

The final report (Word) was presented to the board of trustees during its December 7 study session. The board will begin an in-depth review of the report during its Jan. 25, 2012, planning retreat.
